Gary Schnupp
Gary is the founder and owner of Schnupp’s ProLawn Care, Inc. and graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in Turfgrass Management. He worked for Lancaster Country Club for seven years as the second assistant superintendent. While working for the golf course, Gary started Schnupp’s ProLawn Care in 1986. Gary was a wrestling official for twenty-one years and is now a wrestling coach for Warwick for the last twelve years. Gary is married to Rhonda, and they have three adult children. His family and faith are important to him, and Gary fills his free time with gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Devin Schnupp
Devin graduated in 2020 from The Pennsylvania State University with a Turfgrass Science degree, and he interned for two years with the Beaver Stadium Grounds Crew. While at Penn State, he was a member of the Penn State National Championship Wrestling Team. He is a licensed lawn care technician as well as a licensed tree and shrub care technician. Devin is married to Carlee and is the head wrestling coach for Warwick High School.
Colin Schnupp
Colin Schnupp Gary’s oldest son and joined the Schnupp’s ProLawn Care team in 2024. His primary role in the business includes managing the office. Colin is also a certified lawn technician with previous experience out in the field. He holds a B.S. in Economics and B.S. in Finance from West Chester University, graduating in 2018. He is married to Lindsey and they reside in Lititz.
Derek Salmi
Derek is a licensed lawn care technician as well as a licensed tree and shrub care technician. Derek has been with Schnupp’s ProLawn Care for over 20 years. Derek graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Business Finance degree. He is married with two children, and his hobbies include playing golf and going to his children’s sporting events during his free time.
Eric Miller
Eric is a licensed lawn care technician and has been with Schnupp’s ProLawn Care for over 20 years. He previously worked in the landscape industry and is responsible for shrub pruning maintenance. Eric is married with two children, and he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family and dogs.
Steve Pennell
Steve is a licensed lawn care technician and mechanic. Steve has been with Schnupp’s ProLawn Care for over 15 years. After high school, Steve joined the Air Force for four years and then attended ITT Technology Institute and graduated with an Electronics Engineering Associates degree. Steve has been with Schnupp’s for 11 years. Steve is married with one son and thoroughly enjoys boating with family and friends.
Haydn Shreiner
Haydn Shreiner is a certified lawn technician and has been with Schnupp’s ProLawn Care for 3 years. He graduated from Warwick High School in 2020. He wrestled for Warwick and was coached by Gary. He is also a volunteer wrestling coach for the Warwick HS and MS.
